Slav Sachanski has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2015, a licensed Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a certified Legal Due Diligence expert.
He holds a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a Master's degree in Regulations and Standards in Medicine from New Bulgarian University.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with more than twelve years of experience advising businesses — from day-to-day contract work to complex international transactions, acquisitions and litigation.
Throughout his career he has held leadership positions in the legal departments of major corporate groups, building and managing legal teams across several European jurisdictions. This experience gives him a practical, results-oriented approach based on rational and effective solutions.
A distinctive area of expertise for Mr. Sachanski is the healthcare sector, which he knows across its full spectrum: pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, healthcare facilities and research activities with clinical trials.

Stoycho Dulevski is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and a Doctor of Law, with the topic of his dissertation in the field of international tax law.
He graduated with distinction in Law from UNWE and holds a Master's degree in Economics from the same university.
His practice is entirely focused on tax, financial and customs law — from ongoing tax advisory work for businesses to matters of international taxation, double-taxation treaties and the tax aspects of the digital economy. His professional experience includes work at leading consultancies and law firms.
He is a Chief Assistant Professor of Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of UNWE and an Associate Researcher at the Laboratory of Economics, Finance, Management and Innovation of the University of Picardie Jules Verne, France.
He is the author of 2 books, co-author of 6 other books and has more than 40 academic publications in Bulgarian and English in the field of national, European and international tax law.
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (Bulgaria Branch), the Union of Jurists in Bulgaria, the UNWE Law Faculty Alumni Club and the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria.
